Delivery within Germany:

Shipping with DHL within Germany is free.

‍Delivery within Europe except Germany:

We charge a shipping fee of 8.99 euros per order.

‍Delivery to third countries (e.g. Switzerland):

We charge a shipping fee of EUR 4.99 per order. From a value of 50 EUR, shipping is free.

We always ship to third countries (including Switzerland) free and duty unpaid. This means that the recipient pays the import sales tax and any applicable customs duties.

We charge a shipping fee of EUR 14.99 per order.

Returns:

Returns must be emailed in advance at support@bluestein.de be registered, please use the revocation form (can be found at: www.buestein.de/policies/refund-policy) on our homepage. The customer bears the costs of the return himself.
